Four open roles. All are full-time, W-2 positions based in California. Compensation listed below is the base range, before bonus and benefits.
Lead rough framing and finish carpentry on detached and attached ADU projects. 5+ years residential framing experience required. California contractor license preferred but not required. Company truck and tools provided.
Manage 6–8 ADU projects simultaneously from contract signing to final walkthrough. 4+ years construction project management experience required. Familiarity with California ADU permit processes strongly preferred.
Produce floor plans, elevations, roof plans, and site plans for ADU projects across California. Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD required. Experience with Title 24 energy compliance documentation strongly preferred.
Prepare and submit permit packages to 40+ California jurisdictions. Respond to plan-check comments, coordinate utility connections, and track inspection scheduling. 2+ years experience with California building departments required.
